# How to Reset Your HWID

Your Hardware ID (HWID) is unique to each PC. If you need to use Versatile on a different PC, you'll need to reset your HWID. Please note that you can only reset your HWID once every 24 hours.

❗ Important: Before you can reset your HWID, you must have your account linked to Discord. If you haven't done this yet, please follow the instructions on the Linking Your Account to Discord page.

# Steps to Reset Your HWID

Follow these steps to reset your HWID:

1. Navigate to the #bot-commands channel: You can find this channel on any of the Versatile Discord servers.
2. Run the /ResetHWID command: This command initiates the HWID reset process.
